Victor Shenkar GeoSim Systems Founder and CEO Considered one of Israel's foremost high tech experts, Victor Shenkar, is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of GeoSim Systems. Shenkar leads the company in creating precise three-dimensional models of cities around the world, and in developing city-model based applications for professional users, business customers and entertainment. Shenkar is also Co-Founder and former CEO of Tiltan Systems Engineering, one of the industry leaders in digital terrain modelling and visualization. Shenkar served with the Israeli Air Force (IAF) becoming Head of the IAF's Research and Development Department and managing most advanced programs in the fields of aeronautics, electronics, electro-optics, guidance, control, communications and human engineering. Shenkar has attained national recognition for his achievements in management, creative thinking and technological innovation. He is a recipient of the National Defense Prize for outstanding achievements bolstering Israel's defence and security. Shenkar holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Technion in Haifa, Israel.
